This hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the city center and the train station. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including a private bathroom and breakfast is served either in your room or in the common room, giving you the choice to start your day in the most comfortable way possible.

Small hotel in a friendly neighbourhood not far from the city center , few minutes walk to the bus stop , few minutes walking to Barberini famous district . There was a nice restaurant near by called La Cantinola , very tasty tradittional Italian food and the owner or the manager of the restaurant used to give me a nice rose everyday I go (different color everyday) & I would like in particular to thank Stefano the hotel manager for being so helpful explaining to us where to go & how & where are the neaest attractions & cheap shoping areas , he was of a great help , so friendly & professional.

The owner (Maurizio) is very friendly. Always tries to help you and doing their best. The hotel is around 10 min walking from Piazza de España. It has also a very good bus comunication to the historichal center (Piazza Venezia, Coliseum, Foro). The metro station is around 10 minutes walking. From this metro station it is only 4 stops to arrive to the Vatican City. Capuccino in the breakfast is very good. We totally recomend this B&B.

The breakfast time is not very convinient if you wake up early. It is only from 8 to 10. In this period of the year where the night arrive soon (at 4:30 is already dark), it is better to start visiting the city as soon as possible. The owner is so nice, that maybe if you ask him to have it before 8, maybe he will accept (we didn´t try it). Also if you like salted brakfast, this is not the best, because you will have great capuccino, but only with industrial sweets things.

It's so convenient to be able to walk everywhere or hop on public transportation easily.

The noise from the street outside can be a bit bothersome at times, but it's not a deal-breaker considering all the positive aspects of this hotel.

Located very close to the train station, with easy access to public transportation, and within walking distance of some major sights. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like air conditioning and a refrigerator. the breakfast, while simple, was enough to start the day.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient as it was close to the city center and train station. The room was spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. a great experience!

Room was small and outdated. The bathroom was very small and the shower wasn't clean.

The room was much smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities like a hairdryer and toiletries. the bed was uncomfortable and the room lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep at night with the noise from the street.
